The journey of Park Integrative Health began with a deeply personal story. I recognized early on that conventional treatments often overlook the mental and emotional facets of healing. After years spent in various healthcare roles, witnessing both triumphs and struggles, I felt compelled to create a space that honored the entire person. It was during a challenging time in my life that I discovered the power of integrative methods, which completely transformed my outlook on health and well-being. This led to the establishment of my practice in Sherwood Park. It’s built on the belief that every individual deserves a comprehensive, compassionate approach to their health. As a practitioner, my greatest joy comes from seeing clients flourish—whether it's alleviating chronic pain or discovering new paths to vitality. Moreover, I am motivated by the stories of resilience that weave through our community here in Edmonton, and I continuously strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported in their healing journey.
