Our Story

My journey into Ayurveda began over a decade ago when I first encountered it during a wellness retreat in India. The sense of harmony and tranquility I experienced there stirred something deep within me. Back in Edmonton, AB, I dedicated myself to this ancient practice, studying with seasoned Ayurvedic practitioners who helped refine my skills and understanding. The turning point arose out of a personal struggle with stress and fatigue. I found myself revitalized, not just physically, but spiritually and emotionally, as I immersed myself in the principles of Ayurveda. It became clear to me then that I wanted to share this healing art with my community. Northern Lotus Ayurveda was born from this passion—a testament to my belief that everyone deserves to feel balanced and whole. It’s more than a career; it’s a calling. I’m motivated by the stories of each individual who walks through my door, eager to embark on their healing path with a sense of openness and curiosity. Each day is an opportunity to foster connection and healing in Edmonton, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.
