ROCK CENTER was born out of a deep personal journey. After years of struggling with my own wellness and feeling unheard in traditional settings, I knew there had to be another way. The name change from Women Rock Center to ROCK CENTER symbolizes an inclusive vision, inviting everyone into a nurturing environment where they can explore their health holistically. I wanted to foster a community that embraces all, breaking down the stigma around seeking help and support.
