Our Story

The inception of Lighthouse Holistic Wellness Centre was born out of personal healing journeys and a passion for holistic health. I, like many, faced challenges that traditional medicine couldn’t completely address. My path led me through various forms of alternative practices, revealing the depth and potential of holistic therapies. After witnessing firsthand the healing power of combined approaches—such as yoga, mindfulness, and integrative therapies—I felt compelled to bring these resources to others in our Calgary community. Driven by a desire to create a welcoming space where individuals can find support and connection, I opened Lighthouse Holistic Wellness Centre. With each passing day, I am inspired by the stories of resilience shared by our clients. It’s the simple joy of seeing someone step into a session burdened by the weight of the world and leave with a newfound sparkle in their eyes that fuels my mission. Here, we don’t just treat symptoms; we cultivate a culture of understanding, acceptance, and genuine empowerment.
