Our Story

Expanse Life Coaching and Consulting emerged from a deeply personal experience. I remember standing at a crossroads in my own life, feeling bewildered and unsure of the path ahead. It was during those uncertain times that I discovered the power of coaching and its ability to facilitate meaningful change. Inspired by my own journey, I became certified and dedicated myself to creating a welcoming environment for others to explore their lives. Every client I meet is a new story waiting to unfold—a unique adventure that motivates me every day. In the serene Quarry Park area of Calgary, I found the perfect backdrop to share this vision of growth. My insistence on personalized strategies and active listening sets us apart; it’s about co-creating a journey that reflects each client's aspirations and values. Knowing I can contribute to someone else’s transformation fuels my passion and purpose in this work.
