My journey into the field of nutrition wasn't always the clear path it is today. Originally, I found myself entrenched in another career, deeply unsatisfied and yearning for something meaningful. A personal health challenge forced me to reevaluate everything I thought I knew about food. It was through this struggle that I unearthed an immense passion for nutrition, leading me to pursue formal education and eventually establish Unified Nutrition. What drives me every day is not just helping others avoid pitfalls I once faced, but guiding them to find clarity amidst the often-confusing world of dietary information. Every success story from my clients fuels my commitment to this work. I have seen firsthand how the right guidance can transform lives—times when someone walks in feeling defeated and leaves empowered, ready to take the next step with confidence.
