Establishing Luscious Living was born from my own struggles with nutrition and health. Years ago, I faced numerous challenges related to food and body image, navigating fads and misinformation that made me feel lost. A turning point came when I embraced food as a source of joy and connection rather than restriction. Inspired by my transformation, I pursued formal training in nutrition and counseling, motivated to help others find their path to wellness. Each client encounter enriches me as well, as I witness their unique stories unfold. What drives me, even years later, is the joy of helping others create their own definitions of health. By fostering an environment where individuals can explore, grow, and celebrate their food journeys, I create more than just a practice; I cultivate community.
