Years ago, I wandered into a meditation session that changed my life. It was as if the chaotic noise of my thoughts quieted, and in that silence, I found clarity. Inspired by my own transformation, I often wondered how I could share this gift with others. The vision for Self-Realization Fellowship was born—the desire to create a nurturing space where both newcomers and seasoned practitioners could explore the depths of their being. Over time, this dream solidified into a welcoming studio in Calgary, AB, where I’ve witnessed countless individuals embark on their own journeys toward self-discovery. Each story shared by our members motivates me further, reminding me that we all are connected through our experiences. What fuels my passion?
