Our Story

Founded by Sanjeev Kumar, the Canadian Mindfulness Research Center emerged from a personal journey into mindfulness. After moving to Canada, Sanjeev's experiences in nature led him to create a space dedicated to fostering balance and awareness within the community. His teachings emphasize the transformative power of mindfulness, helping individuals navigate stress and cultivate self-love.
