My journey with Why Knot! Massage & Wellness began with a deep-seated passion for helping others find relief through touch. I vividly recall my own struggles with stress and persistent back pain, and how transformative the right massage therapy was for me. It ignited a fire to learn and offer that same healing to others. The name ‘Why Knot!’ came from a lighthearted conversation with friends about not letting tension tie us down. At its core, this business is about breaking those knots of stress and tension, one massage at a time. I wanted to create a welcoming space that feels like an extension of home - where people feel comfortable sharing their needs and can fully relax. I’ve handpicked each technique and service based on what truly resonates with my clients’ stories and experiences. Watching clients leave with a relieved smile or a sense of newfound energy is what drives me every day.
