At Renew Holistic Therapy & Coaching, we believe in the power of individual stories and the potential for transformational change. Our founder, Alexandra Vartosu, is a certified intuitive holistic psychotherapist and transformational life coach who specializes in a whole-person approach to healing. With a focus on anxiety, stress, and personal growth, we utilize a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, guided imagery, and energy work, to help clients navigate their healing journeys.
