My journey into massage therapy started from a place of personal healing. Several years ago, after experiencing significant stress and physical discomfort, I discovered the transformative power of massage. It was through my own therapeutic sessions that I realized the profound connection between the body and mind. Driven by this discovery, I pursued my education, eager to share what I had learned. Airdrie felt like the perfect place to open my practice—it's a community that values wellness, connection, and support. Establishing Alyssa Knuff RMT was not merely a business venture; it was a calling. I wanted to create a sanctuary where individuals could come and find relief from the pressures of daily life. Every day, when I see the look of relief on my clients’ faces, I know this path was meant for me. My goal is to empower my clients with the tools they need to maintain their health.
